General Warranty Notes Wilson supports an over-the-counter repair/exchange policy for the conveyance of the purchaser. Most warranty cases can be handled by taking the antenna and receipt to the store where the antenna was purchased. If inconvenient, the antenna and a copy of the receipt may be sent to the factory at purchasers expense where it will be repaired or replaced and returned shipping paid.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects), improper installation, etc. These are considered to be avoidable circumstances and are not covered by warranty.
The coaxial cable is warranted for a period of 1 year, and does not include pinching or cutting of the cable by the door, window or trunk lid.
All Wilson warranties are limited to the specific Wilson product only and does not include radio, vehicle or other external product.

Little Wil 1 Year Guarantee Wilson Antenna guarantees the Wilson "Little Wil" antenna to be free from defect in material and workmanship that affect performance for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee shall not cover any misapplication or abuse. Warranty replacement valid at any Wilson dealer with proof of purchase.
W-500 2 Year Guarantee Wilson Antenna guarantees the Wilson "500" antenna to be free from defect in material and workmanship that affect performance for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This guarantee shall not cover any misapplication or abuse of the Wilson 500. This guarantee does not include the 17 ft. coaxial cable which is warranted 1 year. Warranty replacement valid at any Wilson dealer with proof of purchase.

Fiberglass FGT Series - 5 Year Warranty The 3/8" Heavy Duty Silver Load FGT Series of Wilson fiberglass antennas are warranted for five years against defects in workmanship and/or materials and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase or sales receipt. Warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects), improper installation, etc. These are considered to be avoidable circumstances and are not covered by warranty.
Flex Series - 1 Year Warranty The 1/4" Silver Load Flex Series of Wilson fiberglass antennas are warranted for one year against defects in workmanship and/or materials and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase or sales receipt. No Ground Fiberglass Slide-To-Tune - 1 Year Warranty The Slide-To-Tune fiberglass antennas are warranted for one year against defects in workmanship and/or materials and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer, to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase or sales receipt. Warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects), improper installation, etc. These are considered to be avoidable circumstances and are not covered by warranty. Altering the antenna or coaxial cable voids warranty.
2 Meter Amateur 1 Year Guarantee Wilson Antenna guarantees the Wilson "2 Mtr 5/8" antenna to be free from defect in material and workmanship that affect performance for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This guarantee shall not cover any misapplication or abuse. Warranty replacement valid at any Wilson dealer with proof of purchase.
